About Us

Starting in 2008 with residential and domestic homes, we have completed over 100 nursing homes and domestic care homes throughout QLD and NSW, both retro fit and new builds.

Your Fire is based in Sydney, Australia now although we have a specialised team who are ready and prepared to travel for work in rural areas. We have completed projects in over 12 major regions of Australia, both large and small scale projects.

After an influx of nursing homes through the country, we moved to larger scale projects in NSW. New factory builds including underground water feeds and hydrant ring mains, pump rooms and tanks, foam induced and automatic water sprinkler systems. Refit of sprinkler and hydrant systems through a large scale renovation project at Sydney Airport.

We have completed fire protection works on large factory builds, installed pumps sets, above and below ground hydrant mains, commercial and residential highrise builds and fit outs, and completed a major portion of the upgrades to Sydney International Airport.

Residential

Our team has the skills and expertise enabling us to take on high rise apartment block projects across Greater Sydney. We have installed sprinkler and hydrant systems in many of the CBD's most prestigious addresses.

Some of our recent projects include:

Full fire protection packages to over 20 Uniting Care aged care homes. We fitted these systems in existing and operational buildings using copper pipe. The copper pipe was an initiative we took to the project which drastically lowered the install time and therefore lowered the impact on the residents. Our ability to cut and fit the pipe on site made it that we could work with the existing structure more easily and freely. We competed this package of projects over 6 months early and had no call back defects.
Installation of a range of systems throughout Bluecare including CPVC, a fire rated PVC pipe. This has proven over the years to be a very beneficial product especially throughout existing buildings - very much similar to the use of copper.
Installation and upgrades to an 8 storey nursing home in Manly – installing pump sets, tanks, hydrant risers and fire sprinklers to an existing retrofitted application - copper pipes used for all exposed areas

Industrial / Commercial

One of our largest industrial projects was Fuch’s lubricants new factory distribution centre in Beresford, NSW. On this project we installed 5 separate sprinkler systems including foam induced, pre-action and automatic. We also laid over 800 metres of underground hydrant mains and the installation of 3 pump sets. This was approximately a 12 month project. Again we delivered this project within time and without defects. This project was a very complicated job and we take great pride in the product we delivered.

We also spent over 12 months working on Sydney International Airport’s renovation throughout the arrivals level and other areas of the airport. This project would have to have been our most difficult at times as we could only work after hours and the timeframes that were expected were pushed. We provided a defect free completion on time every stage of the job.

Recent projects include:

A 13 story retro fit tower in North Sydney installing a full automatic sprinkler system, hydrant risers with pump sets and new water tanks.
The Ribbon, a 24 story high rise hotel apartments, installing the fire sprinkler system throughout including hydrant risers and an Imax theatre.
50 storey commercial tower in Parramatta – installing fire sprinklers to all levels of the building
